The Hawk V‑Plus 30-60mm/T2.9 1.3x Squeeze Vintage 74 is a front anamorphic zoom with vintage coatings on all lens elements. All anamorphic traits are rendered, including streaks, elliptical bokeh and bending – in a lens that behaves more like a prime, offering an extremely close focus of 0.26 m / 10“ (MOD).
Due to the complex nature of the task, newly manufactured zoom lenses are rare. Because cinematographers rely on them as workhorses on the set, Hawk has always placed great importance on zooms.
