New Small Glass
The new lenses are designed from scratch and will set the benchmark high in the market of lightweight anamorphics, challenging all other existing lens systems.
New manufacturing capacities had to be set up in order to achieve this mission within what is an astonishingly short time for the development and manufacturing of glass and lens mechanics: 24 months.
The new Hawks are the first product line of an ongoing project to design and manufacture new tools for anamorphic cinematography. Other products will follow - Analog & Digital.
Detailed specification of the new lenses will be available in November.
