Vantage Film congratulates DoP Jaroslav Brabec for his Czech Lion received for Best Cinematography on "Andìlská Tváø".
The film is set in France in the mid-19th century. Charlotte marries the aristocratic Raoul and comes with him to his castle "Mornay Manor", where he lives with his step brother Philip, a dark, violent and reclusive man with a bad reputation. As Charlotte settles into her new life as a countess she soon finds out that several deaths at the manor are attributed to Philip. After a disastrous fire she discovers the trues.
"Andìlská Tváø" is the third film in succession which was honored with the Czech Lion and shot on Hawk Anamorphic® Lenses. The predecessors are:
